Construction Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Construction Quality Control Coordinator to support the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project in Ontario. The role will ensure that all construction activities meet the project’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Construction Quality Management Plan on‑site and off‑site.
• Conduct quality inspections, witness testing, and verification activities against project specifications.
• Document inspection results, non‑conformances, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
• Promote continuous improvement and a culture of quality excellence throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction quality control or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
