Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead daily operations for industrial and commercial construction projects, coordinating subcontractors and managing budgets. This position reports to senior management and works closely with engineering and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor activities and select trade subcontractors.
• Plan, prepare and monitor construction schedules, milestones and budgets ranging from $500,001 to $8,000,001+.
• Prepare and submit project budget estimates and purchase building materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schemas and drawings.
• Operate CADD, Primavera and other construction software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial, oilfield or commercial construction.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), PMP or Construction Trade certification preferred.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
