Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial and institutional projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise site activities and ensure that schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and daily operations on interior construction sites.
• Develop, monitor and adjust construction schedules, milestones and progress reports.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and production drawings.
• Supervise on‑site activities, ensuring safety compliance and quality control.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction project management.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, good judgement, organization and accountability.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk and use steel‑toed safety boots.
• Own vehicle for site travel.
