About the role
The Construction Project Manager will lead construction initiatives from the bidding stage through full execution, serving as the main liaison between senior management and clients. This role requires strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, from bidding through execution.
- Manage the project budget and ensure financial targets are met.
- Provide timely status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong organisational abilities and proven project management expertise.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
