Construction Project Manager – Calgary

About the role

Novacom is launching a new office in Calgary and seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to drive growth, lead the local team, and build strong client relationships across Alberta.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams in the Calgary market.
• Lead and mentor the local project team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
• Oversee project schedules, change orders, field reports, and weekly progress updates.
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel to various sites across Alberta for meetings, site visits, and client engagements.
• Represent Novacom in networking events and market‑building activities.

Required skills

• Comprehensive construction process knowledge, including sequencing.

• Post‑secondary technical education in construction or a related field (e.g., BCIT).
