Construction Labourer – On‑site Role

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position involves supporting construction crews on‑site in Calgary. You will handle material logistics, assist with concrete and asphalt work, and help build structural components while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
- Support framing of houses, erection of walls and construction of roofs.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and debris.
Required profile
- No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience.
