Construction Labourer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Labourer to join our team in Calgary. The role involves hands‑on work on outdoor construction sites, supporting the delivery of concrete and asphalt projects while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
• Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt and related materials.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials and respond to chemical spills or contaminants.
• Tend and feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Work flexible shifts and adapt to dusty, outdoor conditions.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 7 months of on‑site construction experience.
• Bondable and able to meet security and safety requirements.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a dusty environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shift patterns.
• Commitment to green job practices and community support initiatives.
