About the role
Join Intent Construction as a Construction Helper, supporting a variety of projects across Calgary. You will work on‑site performing essential tasks that keep the construction process moving smoothly. This role offers hands‑on experience in a physically active environment.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Assist with site cleanup and material organization.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
- Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks.
- Available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Willing to work at various locations throughout the Calgary area.
