Construction Helper

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Helper to join Timeless Construction Enterprise Ltd in Calgary. The role involves supporting the construction team on various projects, ensuring materials are handled safely and tasks are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials on site.
• Measure weights and prepare items for rigging and hoisting.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Perform routine maintenance and clean up debris.
• Direct traffic around construction zones.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• 1–2 years of construction site experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors in noisy, dusty, and at‑height environments.
• Physically fit to handle loads up to 23 kg and perform repetitive tasks.
• Bondable with clean criminal and driving records.
