About the role
Golden Falcon Constructions Ltd. is seeking a Construction Estimator to join its Edmonton team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on preparing accurate labour and material cost estimates, interpreting project drawings, and supporting the financial planning of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for upcoming projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Develop estimates for general expenses, overheads, and economic feasibility studies.
- Project cash flow and financing requirements, monitoring contract expenditures.
- Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in construction estimating or a related field.
