About the role
Candylabs is seeking a Confectionery Manager to lead daily operations of its Montreal retail outlet. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, and plan daily operations.
- Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise employees or volunteers.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Required profile
