Computer Technician – Network & Systems Support

About the role

The Computer Technician will provide network and system support to employees, ensuring reliable access to computer networks and resolving technical issues promptly. This onsite position requires a bilingual professional with 2‑3 years of experience in IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Grant users access to computer networks and monitor performance.
• Report on system and network performance and respond to user difficulties.
• Provide business systems, network, and Internet support.
• Install and configure equipment, cables, operating systems, and software.
• Perform web‑server backup and recovery operations.
• Deliver customer service and manage incident tickets.

Required profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Client‑focused, organized, honest and a team player.

Required skills

• Computer networks, networking software and hardware.
• Networking security, TCP/IP, wireless networks.
• Extranet, intranet, Internet and server administration.
• Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and PHP.
• Web‑server backup and recovery, incident management.
