Communications Experienced Specialist

About the role

The Communications Experienced Specialist will join Deloitte's Global Culture & Enablement team to shape and deliver internal communications that connect 10,000+ professionals to Deloitte’s purpose and priorities. You will craft messages, support virtual events, and help drive employee engagement across multiple Canadian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and disseminate communications for global professionals on behalf of senior leadership.
• Support the implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
• Develop pre‑ and post‑event communications, talking points, presentations and logistics for live and virtual events.
• Create and refresh recurring content templates such as newsletters, announcements and toolkits.
• Proofread and copy‑edit materials for clarity, tone, brand voice, accessibility and compliance.
• Track campaign performance and report metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure all communications meet global standards and risk‑compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with leaders across functions.
• Comfort with virtual event support and content‑template development.

Required skills

• Advanced writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Familiarity with internal communication best practices and brand guidelines.
• Experience tracking and reporting communication metrics.
