Communications Coordinator

About the role
The Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager, Communications to shape and deliver internal and corporate communications that support the organization’s investment, philanthropic, and people‑focused priorities. This position offers hands‑on experience across a broad range of communication activities and the chance to contribute to initiatives with real social impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and publish compelling content for internal platforms, leading delivery on selected channels.
- Participate in content ideation, editorial planning, and storytelling discussions.
- Support communications planning and execution for business, investment, and philanthropic initiatives.
- Write, edit, and update content for various owned channels to ensure consistency and alignment with priorities.
- Coordinate town halls and internal employee events, handling logistics and on‑the‑day support.
- Collaborate with IT, People & Culture, and business leaders to develop event content and delivery.
- Conduct daily media and topic scans, sharing relevant insights with the team.
