About the role

Heartful is an online therapy marketplace that connects Muslims with culturally and faith‑aligned therapists. We are seeking a motivated, well‑connected Recruiter to help build our sales team by sourcing and pre‑screening candidates for commission‑based Sales Representative positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential Sales Representative candidates within your network and community.
• Screen candidates for communication ability, self‑motivation, and comfort with commission‑based compensation.
• Provide candidates with role details, answer initial questions, and coordinate introductory sessions with the Heartful team.
• Track referrals, maintain engagement, and follow up throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Strong network within the Muslim community, especially individuals open to commission‑based sales work.
• Excellent communication and judgment skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Reliable phone and internet access for outreach and coordination.
