About the role
The Quality Control Clerk works directly with the Team Leader to ensure WestGroupe consistently delivers its best products. This position involves inspecting incoming goods, maintaining quality records, and supporting order preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Verify conformity of received products, their packaging, and identification.
- Update quality‑control records for each audited item and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in preparing and dispatching national orders (5‑10 hours/week).
- Verify international orders (2‑3 hours/week).
- Participate in daily targeted inventory counts.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑3 years experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- French at intermediate to advanced level; English beginner to intermediate is an asset.
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented, with good judgment and quick decision‑making ability.
- Capable of repetitive movements, prolonged sitting, and sustained concentration.
