Commercial Centralized Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Centralized Operations Coordinator supports the Commercial Banking Workplace Operations team by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functions across assigned regions. Based in Montreal, the role blends facility management, employee experience, and expense tracking to enable staff to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for premise‑related requests from Commercial Banking employees.
• Coordinate communications, orientation, and technology usage (meeting‑room tools, MS Teams, Office Space, Workplace).
• Track and report office expenses, capacity, and invoice processing.
• Manage security credentials, key control, and access to premises.
• Partner with Building Services/Real Estate to resolve maintenance issues (HVAC, cleaning, lighting).
• Maintain supplies, oversee external vendors (coffee, plants, shredding) and ensure timely service.
• Record and follow up on facility deficiencies with appropriate internal teams.
• Participate in the OHS committee, ensuring compliance with health‑and‑safety standards.
