Clubhouse Staff

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Dragons Head Par 3 Golf as a Clubhouse Staff member. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, supports daily clubhouse operations, and helps create a safe, fun environment for families and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
• Organize and supervise recreational activities, games, and events for children and families.
• Answer guest inquiries, share information about clubhouse amenities, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately during food service and merchandise sales.
• Assist with food service by preparing snacks, beverages, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the clubhouse clean, organized, and inviting.

Required profile

• Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting (preferred).
• Strong public‑speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic food‑service operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid Alberta ProServe certification.
