Clinical Researcher - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Researcher to join our AI development team as an AI Trainer. You will work remotely from Canada, using your deep knowledge of biology to shape and improve conversational AI models that answer complex scientific questions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and pose advanced biology, genetics, and biochemistry questions to AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and overall performance.
• Measure progress of AI models, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI engineering team to refine model training pipelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
