Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

This position is for a Clinical Pharmacist who will split time between delivering clinical services (approximately 75%) and dispensing medication (approximately 25%). The role is based in a locally owned pharmacy and focuses on providing high‑quality health, beauty and convenience services to the community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations while on duty, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
• Provide medication counseling, prescription verification, and over‑the‑counter product advice to customers.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock reviews, expiration checks, and ordering from wholesalers.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality standards, handling consent and incident reporting as required.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment reflects a professional image and adheres to health and safety procedures.
