Client Service & Retention Specialist

About the role

As a Client Service & Retention Specialist at Digitech Payments, you will be the primary point of contact for merchants, helping them achieve their business goals through tailored payment solutions. You will build lasting relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction that drives long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned merchant accounts.
• Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate payment solutions.
• Provide regular updates on products, services, and account activity.
• Handle up to 60 inbound/outbound merchant calls daily, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of client service or retention experience.
