Client Service Representative – Remote (BC)

About the role

True North Disability Services is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to work remotely from anywhere in Canada, supporting Canadians applying for the Disability Tax Credit. The role involves engaging prospective clients by phone, guiding them through the discovery process, and ensuring they meet eligibility criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Make up to 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients, assessing their suitability for the service (no cold calling).
• Follow up with clients to collect required documentation for the application process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the company system.
• Achieve individual KPIs and performance objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Required profile

• Residency and ability to work from within Canada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn basic income‑tax concepts and embody company values.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and adapt to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for data entry and record keeping.
