Client Service Coordinator – Healthcare

About the role

Join a collaborative, client‑focused healthcare team where you are the first point of contact for patients. You will create a welcoming environment, guide clients through their health journey, and keep the clinic running smoothly. This role blends customer service with administrative coordination in a fast‑paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Start each day as the clinic quarterback, greeting clients in person or by phone and setting a positive tone.
• Educate and empower clients on services and equipment, process payments, and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Perform basic accounting functions (accounts receivable) and manage inventory.
• Coordinate appointments, triage calls, manage charts, and resolve administrative issues in real time.

Required profile

• High school completion.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Medical office education or related experience (preferred).
• Well‑organized and tech‑savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office.
