Client Care Representative – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic team players to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Client Contact Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 80‑120 outbound calls daily, providing service cycle information and campaign details.
• Create, modify, and cancel service appointments via phone, email, and text.
• Review customer files for warranty, recall, and campaign needs and schedule appropriate appointments.
• Maintain detailed notes after each appointment and keep the customer database up to date.
• Switch between multiple systems, handle spreadsheets, and stay current on process changes.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
• Professional, confident, and passionate about supporting guests.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
• Completed high school education or equivalent work experience.
