Class 1 Driver – Long Haul

About the role

AGI Rosenort is seeking a professional Class 1 Driver for long‑haul routes across North America. You will operate a dedicated, well‑maintained truck, enjoy a strong work‑life balance with weekends at home, and contribute to the safe delivery of agricultural equipment and supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the vehicle safely, complying with all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections to ensure the truck is in optimal condition.
• Prepare and manage cargo documentation, providing paperwork at delivery.
• Coordinate loading and unloading, verify cargo, and secure items properly.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for status updates, special instructions, and delay notifications.

Required profile

• Valid Class 1/AZ licence and a clean driving abstract for at least five years.
• 1‑3 years of flatbed or open‑deck driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable using smartphone technology for dispatch and documentation.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to reverse in tight spaces.
• Bondable, legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid passport for US travel.
