Child Care Provider – Private Home

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to provide attentive, nurturing care for a multi‑aged group of children within a private home setting. You will work closely with the family to ensure a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment while supporting daily household needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents' absence, including shopping for food and household supplies.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and emotional well‑being.
• Organize and lead activities such as games, outings, and educational play.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Prepare infants and children for rest periods and supervise bedtime routines.
• Transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
• Assist with homework and support learning objectives.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Clear criminal record check.
• Flexibility, initiative, sound judgment, strong organization, reliability, patience, and honesty.
