Catering Agent (Aviation)

About the role

Join Executive Aviation as a Catering Agent at Hamilton Airport, supporting airline catering operations. You will work on the airport floor, handling catering supplies, loading and unloading meals, and ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise catering space, supplies and trucks according to airline specifications.
• Stock galley carts and canisters, track inventory and place orders as needed.
• Complete Transport Canada In‑Flight Supplies regulatory forms.
• Coordinate stock orders, delivery times and communicate with airlines, airport management and contractors.
• Respond promptly to airline crew reports and upload/off‑load catering from aircraft.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Flexible to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Personable, professional and at least 18 years of age.
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Self‑motivated with ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clear abstract.
• Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass and pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
