Catalog Sales Representative

About the role

The Catalog Sales Representative will actively promote Cintas’ catalog of uniforms and related products to existing business customers. This role focuses on upselling, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth ordering, billing and delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed catalog sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities within current accounts.
• Develop and maintain direct sales relationships with customers at each location.
• Collaborate with the service department to market catalog items and improve the sales process.
• Manage order entry, billing, and delivery coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Cintas with a positive, energetic attitude in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Availability to start within two weeks of an offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfort using intranet and internet tools for sales activities.
