Key responsibilities

• Take customer food orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale terminal and accurately process payments.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests.
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and suggest orders.
• Keep the work area safe and clean by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related tasks as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.

Required profile

• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
• Customer‑service oriented and comfortable standing for a full shift.
• Reliable, hard‑working and eligible to work in Canada.
