Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Process customer purchases and operate the cash register.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Maintain checkout work stations and ensure health and safety compliance.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of standing/walking for up to 8 hours in a fast‑paced setting.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
