Key responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments using the POS system while ensuring accuracy.
• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and deliver orders with a smile.
• Assist teammates in preparing and serving food and drinks during busy periods.
• Restock fridges, cupboards, and workstations and keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Maintain restroom and exterior cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the team by stepping in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
