About the role

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a motivated Carpet Cleaner to join its professional cleaning team. You will deliver high‑quality carpet, upholstery, floor, tile, post‑construction, and window cleaning services while representing the company with a customer‑first attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally through appearance, attitude, and communication.
• Perform carpet, upholstery, floor, tile & grout, post‑construction, and window cleaning to an excellent standard.
• Ensure work is done right the first time, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
• Manage time efficiently and stay organized throughout the workday.
• Collaborate with the ServiceMaster team as an active member.

Required profile

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong customer‑service focus.
• Physically fit – able to lift 60 lb and work a full day.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check for security clearance.
