Capital Campaign & Donor Relations Officer

About the role

The Ontario Men's Centre, part of Teen Challenge Canada, is looking for a full-time Capital Campaign & Donor Relations Officer based in London, Ontario, serving the Waterloo-Windsor area. The role generates funds by building meaningful relationships through personal contact, fundraising events and Sunday outreaches, working with the National Office, local and regional development teams, Centre Directors and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate funds by developing meaningful relationships through personal contact, fundraising events and Sunday outreaches.
• Establish and nurture lasting donor relationships with Teen Challenge Canada.
• Lead Sunday morning outreaches, events and local Ambassador Teams.
• Plan and execute local development initiatives in line with Teen Challenge Canada's best practices.
• Work with the National Office, regional teams, Centre Directors and volunteers to meet annual fundraising goals and strategies.

What we offer

• Pay of $44,000 - $51,000.
