About the role
This is a high‑impact contract position for board‑certified Hematology/Oncology physicians to apply their clinical expertise to the development of advanced AI models for cancer and hematologic care. The work is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to contribute to scenario design, output evaluation, and quality standards for evidence‑based reasoning.
Key responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios covering staging, treatment selection, regimen sequencing, toxicity management, end‑of‑life decisions, and guideline interpretation.
- Author "golden" reference responses that meet attending‑level clinical quality.
- Evaluate and grade model outputs against structured clinical rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback to guide model improvement.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
Required profile
- Attending physicians who are board‑certified with an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final‑year residents or board‑eligible recent graduates in a relevant specialty.
- Fellows who are board‑certified or board‑eligible with an active license.
- Specialists in Medical Oncology, Hematology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, or related fellowships.
- Ability to communicate clinical reasoning clearly in structured written formats.
