Call Center Representative – Hybrid (Calgary/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join KTI Utility Services Inc. (KUS) in Chestermere, Alberta. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with time in our Calgary head office, and involves handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule water, electric, and gas meter changes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to support customers.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments for field technicians.
• Troubleshoot missed appointments, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of project requirements and policy changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and share insights on trends and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education and at least one year of call‑center experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated team player who can work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
