This full‑time position involves providing friendly, efficient service to shoppers at a Sports Experts store in Quebec City. The role combines cash‑handling duties with front‑line customer assistance, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering and leaving the store and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Answer telephone inquiries, route calls appropriately, and follow up with customers as needed.
• Generate and file cash‑control reports required for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
