Busser / Restaurant Assistant (Fine Dining)

About the role
Join Playground’s fine‑dining team as a Busser, supporting waitstaff in a high‑end restaurant located near Montreal. You will help keep the dining room immaculate, ensure tables are turned over quickly, and assist servers throughout service.
Key responsibilities
- Clear, clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain clean and stocked workstations, including glassware and utensils.
- Prepare the dining room before service and close it after service.
- Assist servers with food delivery, stock retrieval, and garbage removal.
- Support the bar by restocking glasses and other supplies.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and French, 18 years or older.
- Friendly, helpful demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lb+ items and stand for long periods.
- Ability to multitask calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented and customer‑focused.
