Busser – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role
Join Playground’s new fine‑dining restaurant as a Busser. You will work side‑by‑side with the wait staff to keep the dining room immaculate, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and elegant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clear, clean and reset tables quickly between courses.
- Maintain all workstations stocked with clean glasses, utensils and linens.
- Assist servers during service by delivering dishes, refilling water, and handling side work.
- Prepare the dining room before service and close it down at the end of the shift.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and keep the dining area presentable at all times.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Friendly, helpful demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lb+ items and stand for long periods.
- Team‑player who can stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
