About the role
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective information system solutions. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Edmonton and offers a dynamic environment where analytical thinking and technical design are valued.
Key responsibilities
- Confer with clients to identify and document business requirements.
- Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
- Design, develop, and implement information system business solutions.
- Provide post‑sale consulting and ongoing support to ensure solution effectiveness.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent non‑university diploma (1‑2 years) or comparable experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
- Ability to work mornings, days, and overtime as needed.
