Business Development Specialist – Remote (North America)

About the role

PrismTeck is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive B2B growth across the North American market. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while collaborating with international clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other online platforms.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies for targeted segments.
• Initiate cold calls and email outreach to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Draft SDR outreach scripts, maintain accurate CRM entries, and track performance metrics.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and follow‑up reports.
• Collaborate with North American BD representatives and internal support teams.
• Utilise tools such as Canva, Excel, and AI prompts to create client‑focused material.

Required profile

• BBA, MBA, or equivalent business degree.
• Experience in B2B cold calling, email marketing, and lead research.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Tech‑savvy with LinkedIn extensions, Mailshake, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and performance‑driven.
• Ability to work remotely on Canadian Pacific Time Zone schedule.
• Own laptop, high‑speed internet, and a quiet workspace for full‑time hours.
