Business Development Representative

About the role

Dandy is building a Canada team of Business Development Representatives to generate leads and fill the top of the sales funnel as it expands globally. The role is hybrid, with office days Tuesday‑Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday, offering a fast‑paced environment with strong earning and career growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
• Utilize email, phone, and creative outbound channels to reach prospective clients.
• Track sales activity using Salesforce and other software tools.
• Overcome objections, pitch Dandy’s value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales process.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Partner with Account Executives on client handoffs.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional sales experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience with cold calling, especially targeting SMBs.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new sales concepts through rigorous training.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly.
• Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore new technologies.
• Proven track record of professional and academic success.
