Business Development Manager – Atlantic Canada

About the role

Surventis is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its automotive refinish coatings business across Atlantic Canada. You will work closely with collision repair shops and distribution partners, travelling up to 50% of the time, to expand market share and deliver value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the regional business strategy and drive sales growth in New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
• Identify new customers and market needs, building a pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with automotive collision repair shops and distribution partners.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Represent Surventis at industry events and provide product expertise to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive or coatings industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the Atlantic Canada region.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
