Business Analyst – Informatics

About the role

The Business Analyst, Informatics will document technical requirements, prepare cost‑benefit analyses, design and implement information system solutions, and provide strategic advice on information systems policy and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Document technical requirements to ensure products, processes and solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Design, develop and implement information system business solutions.
• Provide strategic advice on information systems policy, management and service delivery.
• Assess physical and technical security risks and develop mitigation policies and contingency plans.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of software products and information systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related IT roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
