Breakfast Attendant – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Breakfast Attendant to join the team at Quality inn in Southampton. The role involves supporting the morning service by preparing and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Carry and replace linen, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, carts and waste disposal units.
• Maintain records of food quantities and handle cleaning products safely.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, and remove kitchen garbage.
• Keep the service area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Required profile

• No formal education or prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work early‑morning, flexible or on‑call shifts.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Willing to relocate to a remote location.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility for weekend or night shifts.
