Brand Designer – Visual Storyteller for Developer-Focused Brand

About the role

We are seeking a creative Brand Designer to join a globally distributed, developer‑focused organization. Based in Canada, you will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that shape how millions of developers experience our product ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve visual storytelling across presentations, pitch decks, conference materials, print assets, video content, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, Success, Enterprise, and Events teams to create high‑impact creative executions.
• Design cohesive visual narratives for both digital and physical formats, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all assets worldwide.
• Lead end‑to‑end design execution for print, digital, social media, and event branding.
• Produce high‑quality design assets with meticulous attention to detail, resonating with technical audiences.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role within fast‑paced, digital‑first or tech environments.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and presentation formats.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and design systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in async, remote, or globally distributed teams is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, including knowledge of print production standards.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
