Brand Ambassador – Part‑Time (Fredericton, NB)

About the role

Hive Retail Solutions is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to act as Brand Ambassadors for health‑focused consumer brands. In this part‑time role you will represent brands at in‑store roadshows and product demonstrations across Fredericton, creating excitement and educating shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent brands professionally at in‑store roadshows and product demonstrations.
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples following food‑safety standards.
• Engage customers, explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions.
• Create excitement and “buzz” around the brand through proactive interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized demo station.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations as required.
• Provide basic feedback or reporting after demo shifts when needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while representing the brand consistently.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.
• Flexible availability for weekdays and/or weekends and reliable transportation.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and willing to undergo background checks.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer service or sales experience (asset).
• Valid Food Safety Certificate (advantageous).
