Bottling Crew

About the role

The Bottling Crew member supports the packaging of filled spirit bottles at Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers. You will work on the production floor in Lincoln, Ontario, ensuring products are packed safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pack filled bottles into boxes or cartons and stack them onto pallets.
• Perform quality control checks to verify product condition.
• Identify process gaps, support teammates, and report complex issues to the Bottling Line Supervisor.
• Maintain clean and tidy packaging areas.
• Follow all legislated and company policies (WSIB, GMP, WHMIS) and wear required PPE.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Interest in the alcohol and beverage industry.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong time‑management and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills with a can‑do attitude.
