Bookkeeper – Multi‑currency QuickBooks Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join Intercash's finance team. The role involves handling multi‑currency invoicing, creditor and debtor controls, bank reconciliations and expense management in a fast‑paced FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter multi‑currency invoices in QuickBooks for several group entities and maintain creditor controls.
• Maintain debtor controls, prepare reports for the sales ledger clerk and follow up with customers.
• Import receipts and payments into multiple bank accounts, match them to invoices and perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process manual journal entries for foreign‑exchange transfers between currencies.
• Record employee expenses and ensure expense controls.
• Meet monthly and quarterly deadlines and perform any additional tasks as requested.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an international organization.
• Proficiency with multi‑currency QuickBooks and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written English; French is an asset.
• Ability to manage time effectively with a manager based on the Isle of Man.
