Blender / Brewer's Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Blender / Brewer’s Assistant to join our back‑of‑house production team in Vancouver. The role starts as a part‑time position (three days a week) with the potential to become full‑time within a few months, supporting the creation of premium small‑batch cocktails and extracts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑proof alcohol and produce large‑batch tinctures, extracts, and kegged or bottled cocktails.
• Break down raw ingredients from suppliers and blend them into tanks, dialing in flavours and carbonation.
• Operate the canning line, perform kegging, transfer, and cleaning of equipment.
• Execute CIP (clean‑in‑place) procedures on all production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment, adhering to pressure‑vessel and CO₂ safety protocols.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable commute to Vancouver, BC (or willingness to relocate before start date).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Required skills

• Familiarity with beverage production equipment such as brite tanks, pumps, hoses, clamps, and valves.
• Knowledge of pressure‑vessel safety and CO₂ handling procedures.
• Experience with blending, ingredient tracking, and quality control.
• Hands‑on experience on a canning line and kegging operations.
• Ability to perform CIP (clean‑in‑place) duties.
