Birthday Party Activity Leader

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Birthday Party Activity Leader to create unforgettable birthday experiences for children aged 4–13 at our gym in Toronto. The role involves leading games, ensuring safety, and providing a fun, organized environment for party guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age‑appropriate games and activities during birthday party rentals.
• Keep children active, entertained, and included throughout the event.
• Adapt activities to suit different age groups (4–13 years).
• Maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment.
• Assist with party setup, transitions, basic cleanup, and closing procedures.

Required profile

• Experience working with children through camps, sports, coaching, teaching, childcare, or similar programs.
• Friendly, dependable, and punctual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and keep children engaged.
• Comfortable speaking to and leading groups of children.

Required skills

• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification if not already held.
